Our speciality is retrofitting to the engineering industry. This is a highly cost effective option when weighed against the cost of a new machine.

Retrofitting can be done to your existing machine or we can locate and purchase a suitable machine that would be retrofitted to your requirements.

Obviously the complete retrofit is ideal since it is the equivalent of buying a new machine, but there are numerous stages available depending on the specification of the existing machine.

The picture opposite shows a complete retrofit to a Rambaudi Ram Mill fitted with a Heidenhaim TNC 155 control, one of the many controllers we have experience with.

Is bringing back your existing machine tool original manufacturers tolerances. This is a far quicker and cheaper option than the purchase of a new machine.

The Kearnes Richards SF125 machine pictured opposite was completely rebuilt:

• Replacing ball screws
• Scraping slideways
• Replacing all bearings, gear etc.
• Completely rewiring
• Fitting of a new axis drive.
