Over the years, we have undertaken a number of challenging projects, and we believe that we consistently step up to the plate. Here are a selection of some of these projects, past and present:
Churchill Retro Fit
Conversion of a 1952 conventional Churchill surface grinder into a Cnc spiral grinder.
Customer's requirement
Design a machine tool to spiral grind rolls for the cereal industry.
Works completed
Total rebuild of the machine both mechanically and electrically, installing state of the art Heidenhain TNC 320 CNC.
Preston College
New STEM centre.
Customer's requirement
Project manage the design, layout, installation, procurement and refurbishment of CNC, manual, welding and motor vehicle equipment.
Borer Overhaul
Richards Vertical Borer overhaul.
Customer's requirement
Full electrical Panel rewire and removal of Crosslide for machining and rescrape.
